Martín Ruarte
District Supervisor
Martín Ruarte serves as the District Supervisor and is focused on the target of more and growing leaders together on mission. The supervisor will champion the recruitment, development and sending of leaders through our missiology and identity.
Martín Ruarte has served the local church in various roles, from administrator to co-pastor and church planter at the local level and as assistant supervisor and as the Hispanic and multiethnic director at the district level. He is passionate about building bridges between cultures and empowering leaders in their calling. Martin moved to the U.S. from Mendoza, Argentina, at 20-years-old, and immediately graduated from a local church Bible institute. He then obtained Foursquare credentials in 2004, earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in Accounting in 2012, became a CPA in 2015, and graduated from LPU with a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership in 2019. He has been married to Angela for 18 years; they have three children.

Rolando Cortes
Associate Supervisor
Rolando Cortes serves as an Associate Supervisor with the primary responsibility of the target of more and growing leaders together on mission and works in collaboration, partnership and support of the supervisor.
Rolando Cortes has served as a Foursquare minister for almost 30 years. Rolando and his wife, Silvia, recently planted Life En El Camino Church (Alexandria VA Hispanic Foursquare Church) in Alexandria, Va., and he served as senior pastor there. He also has organized evangelism teams for Latin America and the U.S., and is a professor at Life Pacific University. Rolando studied theology in his native Colombia, holds a master’s degree in divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and is working toward a doctoral degree. The Corteses have two grown children.

Marysol Ramos
Associate Supervisor
Marysol Ramos serves as an Associate Supervisor with the primary responsibility of the target of more and growing leaders together on mission and works in collaboration, partnership and support of the supervisor.
Marysol Ramos most recently served as assistant administrator at Foursquare’s National Church Office. She is passionate about serving God and His people, and has served in many different helping and administrative capacities. She also is the assisting minister of Dios Restaura (Glendale Hispanic 2 Foursquare Church) in Glendale, Calif., which she and her husband, Walter, planted in 2005. Marysol and Walter have been married since 1996. They enjoy spending time with their two teenage kids, playing games and enjoying nature.

Denny Truett
Associate Supervisor
Denny Truett serves as an Associate Supervisor with the primary responsibility of the target of more and growing leaders together on mission and works in collaboration, partnership and support of the supervisor.
Denny is an ordained Foursquare minister who lives in Ada, Okla. He served as a Foursquare Missions International missionary worker in Argentina for 15 years, as well as to Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela. He also has served as a divisional superintendent, assistant district supervisor (for the MidSouth District) and senior pastor of The Refuge (Ada Foursquare Church). He graduated from Life Pacific University. Denny and his wife, Brenda, have three children and four grandchildren.

Francisca Vargas
Administrative Support
Francisca Vargas focuses on the implementation and exercise of administrative processes that maximize ministry, serves as the first impression of the district office and helps the district staff provide the best care possible for our district pastors and churches.
Francisca was born in Mexico and grew up in Oxnard, Calif. She has a passion to experience other cultures, travel and meet new people. Her love of evangelism helped lead her to serve as a missionary to Guayaquil, Ecuador, in South America, which she called “an amazing and humbling experience.” Francisca is looking forward to serving Hispanic congregations within The Foursquare Church. She currently resides in Bakersfield, Calif., is the mother of three young adults, and has one granddaughter.

Adriana Kosacki
Admin + Multiply Support
Adriana Kosacki assists the National Hispanic District’s church multiplication process. An ordained Foursquare pastor, Adriana’s work focuses on maximizing Foursquare ministry through administrative processes.
Her past experience with Foursquare includes the Ethics Committee, Licensing Panel and work for the Los Angeles and Greater Los Angeles Districts. Adriana serves as co-pastor of La Gloria de Dios (Lawndale Foursquare Church) in Lawndale, Calif. She was educated at Angelus Bible Institute, Facultad de Teología and Azusa Pacific University, and she is currently working toward a master’s degree from Life Pacific University. Adriana and her husband, Christopher, have three grown children and two grandchildren.

Gabi Bogéa
District Administrator
Gabi Bogéa focuses on the implementation and exercise of administrative processes that simplify administration and maximize ministry for the district.
Gabi is originally from Argentina but has lived most of her life in Southern California. She met her husband, Eduardo, at Iglesia El Calvario (Ontario Hispanic Foursquare Church) in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., where they have pastored together for the last 16 years. Gabi has a passion for helping Hispanic pastors and churches carry out the administrative processes of their ministries. She has more than 30 years of experience in business and finance and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California Polytechnic University in Pomona, Calif.

Oswaldo “Ozzy” Canales
District Communications + Events Coordinator
Oswaldo “Ozzy” Canales supports the district in partnership with the Communications Team by leading, developing and facilitating all district communications as well as planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes.
Oswaldo serves as the senior pastor of The Hub (Orlando South Foursquare Church) in Orlando, Fla. Raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Oswaldo has always had a passion for worship, the creative arts and strategic leadership. God’s leading took him to Texas, where he was an associate pastor and worship pastor, and then to Orlando to fulfill his vision of serving God, His people and the community. He also has served as NextGen Hispanic leader for Foursquare’s Southeast District. Oswaldo holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s in business administration. He and his wife, Heidy, love spending time with their two children, Emma and J.J.

Ricky Navarro
Multiethnic Coordinator + District Missions Mobilizer
Ricky Navarro serves as a bridge between churches, districts, and missions while helping to bring support to the immigrant and non-majority culture coaches and district pastors.
Ricky has served The Foursquare Church as communications director for the Southeast District, divisional superintendent and regional pastor. Ricky’s family is mainly from Puerto Rico, and he has a heart for missions work and experience serving in the Caribbean, Central America and South America. He also has extensive experience in information technology, specializing in networking, media, Web development and mobile tech. He graduated from Life Bible College East in 1991 and holds a master’s in strategic leadership. Ricky and his wife, Kari-Ann, have four children and one granddaughter. The Navarros reside in Tampa, Fla.

Wendy Suarez-Ramos
NextGen Coordinator
Wendy Suarez-Ramos is responsible for supporting the District Supervisor in partnership with the National Nextgen Coordinator, in the overall resourcing and leadership of this district’s local church NextGen ministries.
Wendy is a bi-vocational youth pastor at Tiempo de Cambio (West Valley Hispanic Foursquare Church) in Sun Valley, Calif. Throughout her career, Wendy also has worked managing housing properties for the city of Los Angeles, specifically helping low-income families and those transitioning from homelessness. Her heart for people led her to mentorship and NextGen ministries, where she has served for 10 years. She loves investing time and energy into guiding and supporting young people within the church community. Wendy and her husband, Luis, have two French bulldogs and enjoy exploring different cities, countries and cultures, especially through food.

Claudia Belmont
Administrative Support
Claudia Belmont focuses on the implementation and exercise of administrative processes that maximize ministry, serves as the first impression of the district office and helps the district staff provide the best care possible for our district pastors and churches.
Claudia is part of the kids ministry leadership team at Dios Restaura (Glendale Hispanic 2 Foursquare Church) in Glendale, Calif. Her ministry experience has focused on teaching, loving and discipling children and youth, and providing written resources for classes and programs. Claudia has a bachelor’s in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in internal process auditing from her native Colombia. As an auditor she helped improve internal processes under technical standards. Claudia and her husband, Eduardo, love to travel and serve small churches in Mexico in their spare time, and she enjoys writing as well.

Elizabeth Guitierrez
Nextgen Admin. Support
Elizabeth assists the NextGen Coordinator in partnering with local churches, young ministers, kids, youth and young adult ministries so that leaders can experience their calling in what God has for them through missiology and identity.
Elizabeth became a youth leader in 2021 and a NextGen area leader for the Southeast Region area in the National Hispanic District. She is currently pursuing her ministerial license and is expected to graduate with her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Georgia Gwinnett College in May 2025. In her free time, Elizabeth loves to sing and make her favorite snacks at home with her family.

Lambert Mooy
Admin. Support
Lambert works on developing and mobilizing leaders in strategic partnership with local churches, so leaders can pursue their calling through missiology and identity.
Lambert is a Young Adults pastor at Ciudad De Dios Church in Denver, Colorado. He worked in missions for two years and lived in Mexico for three. He is a Bible Institute student at Instituto Biblico Betel and will finish later this year. In his free time, he enjoys walks with his wife, Marisol, and playing soccer with his brothers.
