Foursquare Connection 2025 is for anyone ready to be further equipped for ministry. That means pastors, church leaders, college students, missionary workers, planters in the pipeline, future leaders and more.

Don’t come alone. Bring your ministry partners. When you register as a church group, take $20-off each additional registrant from the same church, up to five registrant add-ons.

While the resort and convention center are outside city limits, in the calm of Aurora, Colo., you can take the light rail from the nearby Denver airport to downtown Denver to explore. A free shuttle leaves right from the hotel twice per hour.

Yes. Only seven miles from the Denver International (DEN) airport, Foursquare Connection 2025 is located at Gaylord Rockies Resort + Convention Center in Aurora, Colo. Catch a quick rideshare or taxi (usually around $30), if you plan to remain on property during your stay. Or rent a car from the airport to visit downtown Denver or the Rocky Mountains.

Yes. We value the next generation. Foursquare Connection offers NexGen sessions, available per age group, for kids and students from nursery to high school. It’s more than childcare or entertainment. It’s ministry with your kids in mind. The final day for NextGen registration is May 1, 2025. Register kids + students in advance online.

Foursquare Connection registration gives you badge access to the event, including all main sessions, worship, prayer and ministry times, business sessions (for licensed ministers), Interaction with the Board + Senior Leadership Team (for licensed ministers), Multiethnic Connections, Conexión Hispana and workshops.

Connection registration does NOT include meals or hotel bookings. But we do offer highly discounted hotel room rates at Gaylord Rockies Resort, which also has dining options onsite for you.

While meals aren’t included in your event registration, Foursquare Connection 2025 is located at a resort with great dining options. Enjoy onsite restaurants, a to-go marketplace and multiple coffee shops. Want to stock up your in-room fridge? Drive or rideshare to grocery stores (like King Soopers, Sprouts or Walmart). Meal and grocery delivery services are also available (like Uber Eats or Instacart).

Please note: There are no walkable restaurants in walking distance outside the resort. A rental car or rail ride will be needed to go from Aurora, Colo., into the city of Denver.

No. When you book a Gaylord Rockies Resort hotel room in advance, your credit card may be charged at booking for one night (room + tax), to hold a reservation. The remainder of your stay will not be charged until checkout. If case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed if your reservation is canceled with the hotel more than three business days before your arrival date.

No. Gaylord is a cashless facility. A credit or debit card is needed to pay for your hotel room and to purchase food on-site. The Gaylord has a “Cash-to-Card” kiosk located in the lobby, which will issue a gift card from a major credit card company. This card can be used in the hotel. Learn more about the kiosk.
