Carrie Jenkins
Lead Women’s Mobilizer
Carrie Jenkins has served in many leadership roles in the Foursquare church and is grateful for the opportunities and training she has received in order to walk in her God-given assignment. She has served as Assistant Supervisor (Southeast District), Associate Supervisor (Atlantic District), and on the Board of Directors. Carrie and her husband, Dale, are lead pastors of New Hope Worship Center, Concord, NC where they have faithfully ministered for 30 years. They have been married for 32 years and have 2 children.
Carrie is an alumnus of Mt. Vernon Bible College, Life Bible College East, and Life Pacific University where she received her M.A. in Strategic Leadership (2018). Identifying, raising, and releasing leaders has been a focus of ministry from the start. Nothing brings her more joy than to see women and men walk in their divine calling and assignment, fully equipped, and with the confident hope of Jesus.

Lisa Scott
Atlantic District
Lisa Scott started her long ministry career as a church administrator at Pembroke Foursquare church in New Hampshire in 2010. In 2015, she moved to Frederick, Md. to become the district administrator for the Foursquare Northeast Atlantic District. She and her husband completed the credentialing process soon after moving and were part of the leadership team at Frederick Foursquare church. They moved to West Virginia in 2020 and joined the Frederick County Foursquare Church in launching a house church network. She is now on staff at the Charles Town Foursquare church as the care pastor. After almost 11 years, she transitioned out of her role as district administrator and currently serves as the area pastor for Maryland and the Metro area and is the district’s women’s mobilizer.
Lisa’s passion is to walk with others through transformation in their lives. She is a coach and mentor, particularly focusing on working with women. She loves to see others grow and develop. Her family, including her 4 children and 6 grandchildren, comes first for her.

Melissa Brotherton
Central District
Melissa Brotherton is an ordained Foursquare pastor, and the lead pastor at Hope Boulder in Boulder, CO.
Melissa was born and raised in the shadow of Mount Rainier in the Pacific Northwest. She now calls the shadow of the Rocky Mountains (in Colorado) home, where she lives with her husband, Josh, and four children (Elijah, Cora, Ezra, and Silas). She’s a voracious reader, a lackadaisical knitter, an avid Seahawks fan, and devoted to Jesus and her family.
She has a MA in Strategic Leadership from Life Pacific University and is passionate about helping people discover their identity, discern their next steps, and develop in their leadership.

Ayda Castex
Hispanic District
Ayda Castex serves as co-pastor at Capilla de Esperanza with her husband, Mikell, in Raleigh, NC. She is passionate about serving God and his people. One of the things that Ayda enjoys most is working with women, helping them find their calling and encouraging them to fulfill the purpose for which they were called. In 2018, Ayda graduated from Life Pacific University with a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership. Ayda and Mikell have been married for 22 years. Ayda’s favorite verse is; Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desire of your heart. Psalm 37:4

Cynthia Goodell
Western District
Cynthia Goodell has served The Foursquare Church in various capacities for nearly 28 years and is currently the Executive Pastor at The Bridge Foursquare Church in the Bay Area. She ministers alongside her husband, Brian, the NorCal Regional Pastor for the Western District. Cynthia has an infectious passion for people and is driven to help develop and train women in the ministry. Cynthia is committed to seeing women grow into their full leadership potential and to releasing them to support their churches and communities in a variety of leadership expressions. Cynthia and Brian have five grown children and five beautiful grandchildren

Dianne Park
Pacific District
Dianne Park is a wife, mom, and pastor at Metro Christian Church in Honolulu, HI. She and her husband, Kaulana, have been married for 23 years and have been blessed with three amazing sons. Dianne loves the Word of God and never shies away from sharing about Jesus wherever she goes. She desires to see women not only know the uncompromising truths of scripture intellectually but experience them practically through the power of the Holy Spirit. Dianne serves as the Director of WIML in the Hawaiian Islands. In addition to Dianne’s amazing ministerial leadership, she is also a successful businesswoman in pharmaceutical sales, serving as Sr. Executive Territory Manager for Eli Lilly & Co. She is well respected by her clients and peers in the industry.

Stacey Schaub
Northwest District
Stacey Schaub and her husband Greg have served as the lead pastors of Gateway Foursquare in Salem, Oregon for twenty-four years. They are also the co-area pastors of the Willamette / North Coast area for the Northwest District. She was ordained in 2013 and earned a master’s in strategic leadership degree from LIFE Pacific in 2019. She is the founding director of the Empowered Women in Ministry Leadership (WIML) cohort.
Stacey and Greg have been married for 35 years this summer. The joy of their life is their five children and eleven grandchildren. Stacey loves to sing, cook and feed a crowd, and enjoys a fun game night! She is eternally gratefully for the saving grace of God and is passionate about sharing His word and empowering women to live up to their full potential.

Cultivate growth and connection through Women’s Leadership Collective calls and various cohorts, empowering women for all ministry roles.
Develop
Strengthen women’s leadership journeys with tailored mentoring and coaching for specific ministry roles. The Women’s Mobilizers provide support and development for the growth and leadership capacity of all ethnicities and ages.
Deploy
Support and affirm women who are called to senior leadership and ministry positions, as well as launch leadership cohorts and keep districts informed when women are called to pastor, church plant, chaplaincy or missions.
