8:45 a.m.:  Coffee connect (breakfast snacks + coffee + hang out)
9:30 a.m.: Opening session
11:00 a.m.: Break and snack
11:15 a.m.: Breakout session part 1
12:30 p.m.: Lunch (meal provided)
1:30 p.m.: Breakout session part 2
2:45 p.m.: Closing session
3:30 p.m.: Close
