Growth Days – Silver Spring

A Growth Day is a free event that takes place on a Saturday between the months of February and March in each area or region. We hope this is a day where pastors and their leaders have time for:

• Integration (Promoting a diverse and collaborative environment, where the wisdom of the more experienced combines with the innovative energy of the younger ones.)
• Connection (create, build and reinforce relationships)
• Development (provide tools and concepts in a spiritual environment that help’s the development of pastors, leaders and workers)
• Care (a time where we pray for each other and exercise pastoral care)
