Atlantic DistrictIt’s Summer Camp season!!!! We know that God is up to something GREATER in this generation. We can’t wait to have hundreds of kids and youth join us at 1 of our 10 camps happening across the Atlantic District this Summer. We will experience dynamic worship, exciting activities, conversations and meaningful discussions, and the powerful Word of God being ministered in our sessions. Plus, there will be new friendships made that will last far beyond camp. Let’s get ready to see GREATER. We can’t wait to see you there!
CAMP INFORMATION
WHEN: June 21-24, 2024
WHERE: Crowder Springs Camp | Kings Mountain, NC
WHO: Rising 1st graders – Rising 6th Graders
ARRIVAL: 4 pm Friday, June 21
DISMISSAL: 11am Monday, June 24
COST ON OR BEFORE June 3rd: $275– Campers and Leaders
(Registrations are non-refundable – except for extraordinary circumstances, but transferable within the same camp)

All payments will be received via Brushfire and do not include additional church transportation and or meal fees to and from camp.
WHAT TO BRING / NOT BRING
WHAT TO BRING:
Bible, Notebook, Pen or Pencil
Appropriate Summer Clothing (bring a sweatshirt or jacket for evenings)
Bathing Suit: Girls are asked to wear a 1-piece swimsuit
Toiletry items
Bug Spray /Sunscreen
Flashlight
Towels (1 for swimming and 1 for showering)
Bedding (pillow, sleeping bag or sheets)
Sneakers, Sandals, Hat
Flip Flops or water shoes for showering
Spending Money (for camp store and missions offering)
Medications (must be in original prescribed containers)
Please note that it is CAMP POLICY for technology such as cellphones, ipads, laptops and game systems are forbidden.
The district nor the camp leadership will be responsible for stolen or damaged items brought to camp.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
No weapons, fireworks, tobacco, alcohol, or illegal drugs. We encourage no cell phones/electronics but if brought they will be collected upon arrival by cabin leaders- We will follow the no phone policy schedule.
MEDICATIONS
Medications must be in their original containers and should be placed in a ziplock baggie with the camper’s name and church name listed on the bag. Please include an instruction card in the baggie as well listing dosage and frequency. Please have ONE leader collect ALL the students medications packaged and labeled accordingly. Please write on the ziplock bag (with a sharpie) the church, leaders name and number as well as the student’s name.
Please note it is not legal for the nurse to give medications out of a medication minder container.
REFUND POLICY
Requests for registration refund or cancellation must be received in writing via email (JVERCELLONO@FOURSQUARE.ORG) by JUNE 3, 2024.
Registrations are non-transferable.
Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
No Refunds 1 week before camp
If the event is canceled, registration expenses will be refunded. Travel expenses are the attendee’s responsibility and will not be compensated by The Foursquare Church.
