Foursquare Chaplains International
You’ll find them in jails, but they’ve done nothing wrong. They’re at racetracks, but not to place bets. They are even found in hospitals, but they aren’t sick. They are the Foursquare chaplains, and they are serving God outside the walls of church, taking Jesus outside church doors and straight to those who might not even know how much they need Him. Find out a little more about our brave men and women, and learn what it takes to join them on the front lines of service.
What is the mission of Foursquare Chaplains International?
Foursquare Chaplains International brings the gospel of Christ beyond the walls of the church into specialized settings. We do this by deploying skilled men and women who are called of God to serve as chaplains, filled with the Holy Spirit, cared for by a professional staff and strengthened through fellowship.
What are the vision of Foursquare Chaplains International?
The vision of Foursquare Chaplains International is to send men and women as chaplains to reach people beyond the walls of the church. These men and women are called, anointed, skilled, appointed, and carefully and professionally covered. They minister in the name of Christ where doors are open to specialized settings, such as with the military, civic organizations, hospitals and hospices, prisons, law enforcement, firefighters and other specialized mission fields.
Where do chaplains serve?
Chaplains serve all across the country, and in some cases, the world, in various environments, including bases, ships, war zones, hospitals, hospices, crime scenes, prisons, workplaces and natural disasters.
How can I pray for chaplains?
You can download the Foursquare Chaplains Monthly Prayer Guide which offers a way to pray for our chaplains every day. It is available for personal use; Foursquare churches may reproduce it for information tables or for bulletin use.
Why do people become chaplains?
People often become chaplains because of the call God has placed on their lives. Those who want to become chaplains are people who want to reach those hurting and in need in areas outside the church.
Who leads the chaplains?
Our Foursquare chaplains have a leadership team that provides care and covering for them. Foursquare Chaplains International is overseen by Director Robby Booth. He is supported by Military Chaplain Endorser Dan Miller, who signs off on all our military chaplains, and by Institutional/Industrial Chaplain Endorser Will Ghere, who signs off on all our chaplains serving in a non-military capacity. Additionally, Robby is supported by Disaster Relief Ministries Endorser Jay Donnelly, who signs off on all of our Disaster Relief Chaplains and Workers who provide ministry in times of disaster or crisis. These endorsers are supported by chaplaincy coordinators who provide direct care and covering to a particular type of chaplaincy, including Air Force, Army, Navy, Civil Air Patrol, Fire, Hospice, Hospital, Police, Prison and in specialized areas.

How can I donate to Foursquare Chaplains International?
The gifts of our chaplains and friends of the chaplaincy make it possible for Foursquare Chaplains International to perpetuate the ministry of the chaplaincy. Contributions help cover essential memberships in national chaplaincy associations, advocacy for our chaplains’ rights to minister, staff attendance at various conferences, conventions and chaplain ceremonies, conducting our annual chaplains conference, participation in the annual Foursquare convention and administrative salaries and stipends. Your contribution also helps our 193 chaplains serving in 225 chaplaincy positions to minister to thousands of lives by proclaiming the gospel to the poor, sick, downcast, imprisoned, overwhelmed and hungry … resulting in countless numbers being saved, encouraged and comforted! It also helps chaplains be able to attend annual chaplain conferences and Foursquare convention, as well as receive counseling for trauma and stress-related challenges from long-term, intense assignments. We encourage your faithful support, making possible our continued assistance. Any contributions are separate from local church-extension tithe and FMI giving.
When sending your contributions, please make checks out to ICFG, and put "Chaplains Tithe Fund" in the memo section.
