Brandon Ahu
Pacific District
Position: Selected
Brandon Ahu serves as the lead pastor of Metro Christian Church in Honolulu. He is an alumnus of Kamehameha, USC and Fuller Seminary. Brandon firmly believes in the next generation’s potential to rise and make a kingdom difference in today’s world. He served a two-year term as the Pacific District representative for young leaders in the Foursquare cabinet (2021-2023). In addition, he serves on the board for Hawaiian Islands Ministries (HIM conference), which hosts the largest interdenominational Christian gathering in Hawaii. He has helped found a movement called Kingdom Collective, which partners with local churches to collaborate and equip church leaders. Brandon and his lovely wife, Kara, are proud parents of two awesome young kids.
Eduardo Bogea
National Hispanic District

Eduardo Bogea is the senior pastor of Iglesia El Calvario in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. He began his ministry in 1988 in the Foursquare church of São Luis-Maranhão, Brazil, where he served as a youth pastor and, eventually, as assistant pastor. In 1993, the Lord brought him to California, where he planted and currently pastors Iglesia El Calvario in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., with his wife, Gabriela. Eduardo graduated from the Theological Bible Institute of São Luis-Maranhão, Brazil, and Angelus Bible Institute in Los Angeles. He serves on the National Hispanic District Council and is an area pastor within the district.
Heidi Chambers
National Hispanic District

Heidi Chambers is the executive pastor of Angelus Temple Hispanic Foursquare Church, and teaches at Angelus Bible Institute and Life Pacific University. She also serves as a director of the National Hispanic District Council. She holds a B.A. in international business management from the UCSG University in Guayaquil, Ecuador; an M.A. in business administration from Keller Business School; and is currently pursuing an M.A. in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. She has been a licensed Foursquare pastor since 2017, and has served in many capacities in both her local church and the Foursquare denomination. She and her husband, George, have been married for over 22 years and have three children.
Ryan Coffey
Central District

Ryan Coffey is the lead pastor of Lifehouse Church in San Antonio. The son of retired Foursquare ministers, Ryan grew up in the Foursquare denomination and was licensed in 2000. He has served on the National Church Committee, the cabinet and as a regional pastor in Texas. He also currently serves as chairman of the board for Medical Ministry International Amazones. He holds a B.A. from LIFE Bible College (now known as Life Pacific University) and is a certified coach with Church Unique, God Dreams and Younique. He enjoys helping pastors with church transitions and revitalization. Ryan and his wife, Kelly, have three children.
Adam Davidson

Adam Davidson has served The Foursquare Church since 1975 in many leadership roles, including church planter, district administrator, camp director, national church administrator, executive pastor and, most recently, corporate secretary/vice president of administrative operations. Adam holds a B.A. in business from Ball State University and an M.A. from Life Pacific University. His background in sales, marketing, business development, finance, human resources and operations management gives him a business-minded perspective within The Foursquare Church. He and his wife, Rose Mary, reside in Nashville, Tenn., and are the parents of four children.
Juniece Fillingham
Atlantic District

Juniece Fillingham serves as co-pastor of theBridge Foursquare Church in Christiansburg, Va. In addition to her pastoral roles, Juniece has a heart for worship, theology and pastoral development. Juniece holds a B.A. in organizational communications from Oral Roberts University and an M.A. in theological studies from Life Pacific University. She is an adjunct professor on the LPU-VA campus, and a district council member for the Atlantic District and former Mid-Atlantic District. In addition, Juniece has been instrumental in forming the One Atlantic Youth Conference and, most recently, the African Awareness Conference (AAC), both hosted at CrossPointe Conference Center. Juniece is a mother of four children.
Alexis Glaze
Central District

Alexis Glaze serves as logistics coordinator, teaching pastor and young adults pastor at Life Foursquare Church in Angleton, Texas. She is also the area NextGen pastor for the Central South Region. Alexis holds a B.A. in church ministry and leadership with a minor in non-profit business from Oral Roberts University. Alexis is a dedicated Word-and-Spirit minister. She shares the Sunday main pulpit with her husband, Grant, and Senior Pastor Cere Muscarella. Grant and Alexis are passionate about discipleship-based pastoral ministry. Alexis and Grant have two boys who are included in their lifelong service to the Lord.
Evelyn Hernandez

Evelyn Hernandez is a senior pastor in Burbank, California. She and her husband, Joe, planted Hollywood Worship Center in 2002. The church went through a merger and was then renamed Worshipwalk, where they continue to serve today. Evelyn holds a B.A. in business administration from California State University Long Beach and a B.A. in music from California State University Northridge. Additionally, she holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership (MASL) from Life Pacific University. She and Joe have been married for over 27 years and are blessed with three children.
Keith Jenkins
Northwest District

Keith Jenkins serves as lead pastor of East Hill Church in Gresham, Ore. He has been in ministry for over 30 years and has held a multitude of roles, including chaplain for the University of Oregon football and basketball teams, missional coordinator for the Greater Los Angeles District with Foursquare, and lead pastor for several churches, including Jubliee World Outreach, New LifeLA and Beaverton Foursquare. Keith is a veteran of the U.S. Marines and holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership (MASL) from Life Pacific University. He and his wife of over 36 years, Coco, have three adult children and three grandchildren.
Scott Jenkins
Atlantic District

Scott Jenkins is the lead pastor of Thrive Worship Center in Concord, N.C., a church he planted in 2011. He has been in ministry for over 20 years, serving in the past as a youth pastor for 11 years, and as part of a church plant for four years as an associate and youth pastor. Previously, Scott has served as an area pastor and as a regional pastor for the Carolinas region of the Atlantic District. Scott holds a Bachelor of Theology from Life Bible College East (now LPU Virginia). He and his wife, Patti, have been married over 25 years and have three adult children.
Chris Manginelli
Northwest District

Chris Manginelli is the lead pastor of Mill Creek Foursquare Church in Lynnwood, Wash. He has been a licensed Foursquare pastor for over 25 years. He has previously served at Glendora Foursquare Church in California and Evergreen Christian Center in Hillsboro, Ore. He holds a pastoral ministry degree from LIFE Bible College (now known as Life Pacific University). He loves baseball and is a huge Los Angeles Dodgers fan. He and his wife, Jenifer, have been married for over 28 years and have four children.
Albert Martinez
National Hispanic District

Albert Martinez serves as senior pastor of Life Church in Dallas, where he leads with his wife, Estee. He has over 24 years of ministry experience. In addition to being on the board of directors, he is also an area pastor and part of the Foursquare cabinet. He has previously served as an area pastor in Southern California, the Mid-South District and as a church-plant catalyzer. He is a graduate of Angelus Bible Institute. He also works as a general contractor. Albert and Estee have three sons and four grandchildren.
Jon McIntosh
Western District

Jon McIntosh is co-lead pastor of Lompoc Foursquare Church in California. He graduated from Occidental College with concurrent B.A. degrees in English and comparative literature, and German language and literature, later earning a B.A. in biblical studies from Seattle Bible College. In his over 20 years of ministry with Foursquare, he has served as a police chaplain, community engagement activator, area pastor and district advisory council member. He is currently a national panelist and coach on the Foursquare licensing team. Jon and his wife, Wendy, have been married for 26 years and have two adult children growing in ministry alongside them in Lompoc.
Heather Moore
Pacific District

Heather Moore is senior pastor of Hope Chapel Kona in Hawaii. She and her husband, Albert, have been in full-time ministry since 1999. She has served in the church in various ways over the years, including planting a church in Seattle. She has always been passionate about leadership development and multiplication, looking for every opportunity to coach and mentor young leaders and pastors. Heather holds a B.A. from LIFE Bible College (now known as Life Pacific University) and an MASL through LIFE Pacific University. She and Albert have been married over 47 years and have three adult children.
Wendy Nolasco

Wendy Nolasco is vice president of U.S. Mission and general supervisor of The Foursquare Church. The daughter of Cuban political immigrant refugees, her life experience has helped shape her passion for ensuring that all ethnic groups, genders and generations feel like they play an integral part in Foursquare life. Wendy was licensed as a minister in 2009. She served as co-pastor of a multi-site church in Central California for more than a decade. Wendy then transitioned to the role of supervisor of the former MidSouth District before becoming Foursquare’s general supervisor in June 2020. She holds a master’s degree in strategic leadership from Life Pacific University. She and her husband, Sal, have three children.
Nate Poetzl
Northwest District

Nate Poetzl is lead pastor of Faith Chapel, a church with multiple locations in Montana. Nate has been in ministry since 1993. Before coming to Faith Chapel in 2013, he served as senior pastor of New Life Church in Everett, Wash. Over the years, he has served the Foursquare denomination in many roles, including on the cabinet and several committees. He was also an area pastor for 18 years. Nate holds a B.A. from Eugene Bible College and an M.A. in biblical studies from Multnomah Seminary. He and his wife, Jennie, have four grown children and three grandchildren.
Mike Remedios
Atlantic District

Mike Remedios has been a licensed Foursquare minister since 1996. He has served as an assisting minister ever since, and has been involved in planting three different churches in locations ranging from California to North Carolina. He has also been in the investment advisory business since 1984. Mike has served for over 13 years on the investment committee of the board, and has also been on the resource development committee, the joint ICFG + LPU task force, and the compensation committee. Additionally, he is a member of the Anchor Insurance Board. Mike holds a B.A. in finance from California State University at Long Beach, and is a certified financial advisor and a certified investment management analyst. He is married with three adult sons.
Randy Remington

Randy Remington and his wife, Sandy, have been married for over 30 years and have three adult sons. Prior to being inaugurated president of The U.S. Foursquare Church in 2020, Randy served as lead pastor of Beaverton Foursquare Church, located in Beaverton, Ore. His leadership was marked by a commitment to prayer, investing in leaders, championing diversity, and engaging in local and global missions. Before coming to Beaverton, Randy pastored two Foursquare churches in Washington and lived as a missionary worker in Jamaica. Randy is known for his practical teaching, humor, authenticity and love for the people he serves. Since becoming elected as president, he has modeled the priorities of prayer, discipleship, health and teamwork, with the key target of more and growing leaders together on mission. Though he calls himself a pastor, he is truly a pastor of pastors.
Jessica Schulze
Western District

Jessica Schulze is a Boston native who grew up as the oldest of four in the home of a Foursquare pastor. From an early age, she witnessed healings and miracles through the power of the Holy Spirit. Jessica received her bachelor’s degree in theology from Life Pacific University in 2009. Before moving to Arizona, she and her husband, Jeffrey, pastored in Columbus, Ohio. In Columbus, Jessica rallied local leaders and the area ministerial association, and together they built the Hope Center, where she served as executive director. In addition to pastoring Grace North Church, Jessica serves as an area pastor for the Central Arizona churches in the Western District.
Alaric Singletary
Western District

Alaric Singletary is the senior pastor of Wind of the Spirit Church in Riverside, Calif. He has been in ministry for over 24 years and has previously served as an area pastor. He has 15 years of experience working in special education and five years in school administration. He holds a B.A. from California State University; an M.A. in secondary education and education leadership and administration from the University of Phoenix; an M.A. in special education from Nation University; and is currently working on a D.Min. in African American ministry from Biola University. He and his wife, Amber, have been married for over 24 years and have three children.
Brenda Truett
Central District

Brenda Truett is an associate minister at The Refuge Foursquare Church in Ada, Okla. She has been in ministry over 35 years and has previously served as a missionary worker for 15 years in the nations of Argentina (where she grew up as the child of missionary workers) and Ecuador. Additionally, she has 18 years of experience as a public school teacher. Brenda holds an A.A. from LIFE Bible College (now known as Life Pacific University), and a B.A. in history and an M.A. in education from East Central University. She and her husband, Denny, have been married over 39 years, and have three adult children and six grandchildren.
Kevin Twombly
Atlantic District

Kevin Twombly is the senior pastor of Restoration Foursquare Church in Concord, N.H., a church he planted in 2016. He has served the Foursquare denomination in many capacities over the years, including serving on several committees and task forces, on the cabinet, as the New England NextGen director, and as an area pastor for the Atlantic District. He has additionally served on the boards of several non-profits. He holds two bachelor’s degrees, in psychology and biology, and a Master of Divinity. He has been married to his wife, Kim, for almost 30 years, and they have three children.
Ted Vail
Position: Officer
Ted Vail, D.I.S., and his wife, Dawn, have been adventuring together for over 30 years, and they have three adult children. Prior to becoming the vice president of Global Mission, Ted served in many roles, including senior pastor of two churches in Colorado, Hispanic divisional superintendent and area missionary worker to North America. In 2009, his roles expanded and have included being founding director of Foursquare Disaster Relief (FDR), director of urban and multicultural ministries, and director of Foursquare Missions International (FMI). Ted likes everyone; he is an includer and team-builder who never wants anyone to be left out. This drives his passion to create pathways and connections for everyone to experience the adventure of their life mission through Christ. He uses these gifts for expansion in the U.S. and globally as he develops, coordinates and engages opportunities, initiatives and people on behalf of The Foursquare Church.
Jeff Young
Western District

Jeff Young is the senior pastor of Life Church in Chico, Calif., where he serves with his wife, Charissa. Jeff and Charissa have been in ministry together since they married in 2004 and became licensed ministers together in 2010. Jeff has previously served the denomination as an area pastor and camp speaker. This is his second term on the board of directors. Jeff is a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. He holds a B.A. in ministry and leadership from Life Pacific College (now known as Life Pacific University) and an M.A. in leadership and organizational studies from Azusa Pacific University. He and Charissa have four children.

Roles include officers (4) as well as selected (12) and appointed directors (9) by Bylaw 6.3. The following is a description of the individuals who would fulfill a given role.
Officer: Officers on the board of directors are those individuals actively serving on the Foursquare lead team. These are: The president, director of U.S. missions/general supervisor, director of global missions, and corporate secretary/director of corporate business and finance.
Selected director: A representative from a district (2 for each district), selected by the ministers of that district to serve on the board.
Appointed director: A board member appointed to serve on the board.
Note: Most non-officer directors are pastors. Currently, the board also has nonvoting board-appointed participants per bylaw 6.4.
Our bylaws state (6.2) that “the number of directors shall be not less than 12 and not more than 25.” Currently, the board is comprised of 24 directors and two board-appointed nonvoting participants.
The board of directors meets face to face four or five times a year, and has a teleconference meeting each month. In addition, the executive committee of the board has a weekly conference call to handle the delegated matters that are within policy.
The board of directors assigns committees to assist in the process of making informed decisions; there are currently 12 committees. Learn more about committees.
