Ministry Training Institute leaders and pastors interested in starting an institute will gain valuable information and coaching during this year’s Institute Symposium. This event marks the 10th anniversary of symposiums geared to equipping and releasing the next generation of Foursquare ministers through local church training.

Foursquare Ministry Training Institutes will host the 10th Annual Institute Symposium on March 22–24, 2011, at Life Pacific College in San Dimas, Calif.

This year’s featured speaker will be Alan Hirsch, founding director of Forge Mission Training Network and author of such books as The Forgotten Ways, ReJesus, The Shaping of Things to Come, and Untamed. He is an adjunct professor at Fuller Theological Seminary and an internationally known lecturer.

Other plenary speakers include Foursquare leaders Dennis Easter, David Moore and John Amstutz, author of Disciples of All Nations.

Specialized tracks will be offered for both Hispanic institutes and Emerging Leader Network programs. In addition, workshops will be offered on topics such as “Course Development and Academic Improvement,” “Distance Learning Methodologies” and “Coaching As a Training Skill for Developing Leaders.”

The National Institute Symposium is offered each year by The Foursquare Church for institute directors and leaders, as well as pastors and others interested in starting an institute.
