Healed Against All Odds: Deborah Melahouris

Deborah Melahouris was given only a one percent chance of survival after suffering a stroke. But God had a different diagnosis in mind. Her co-workers in Foursquare’s central offices in Los Angeles, along with family, friends and pastors around the world, interceded for her healing. Today, Deborah is back at work in her role as assistant corporate secretary for Foursquare.

Southeast, North Pacific District Supervisors Announced

The Foursquare Church has just announced two new district supervisor appointments, beginning May 1, 2015. Bill Gross will be supervisor of the Southeast District, and Gabe Barreiro will be supervisor of the North Pacific District. Both leaders have strong backgrounds in local Foursquare ministry, and are actively involved in sending church planters and developing other leaders.

Adam Davidson Appointed to Vice President of Operations

Adam Davidson has been appointed to the role of vice president of operations, chief operating officer (COO) of The Foursquare Church. As the youngest vice president on staff, Adam will be responsible for leading Foursquare’s central office and ensuring it helps the national church fulfill its vision and goals.

Foursquare President ‘Humbled’ by Second Term Ratification

Foursquare leaders attending Connection 2014 in Dallas, along with those casting qualified absentee ballots, voted to ratify Glenn Burris Jr. for a second presidential term of five years. The new term begins Sept. 1, 2015, as Glenn continues to lead The Foursquare Church through a season of historic changes.

Tim Clark to Pastor The Church On The Way

Having served as supervisor of the Greater Los Angeles District since 2011, Tim Clark will become the new senior pastor of The Church On The Way in Van Nuys, Calif., effective Feb. 1, 2014. General Supervisor Tammy Dunahoo will serve as interim supervisor until a new district supervisor is appointed.
