New Zealand: Ministry in the Rubble

The earthquake that rocked Christchurch, New Zealand, in February caused major devastation and ongoing distress. Many people died, hospitals are filled to capacity, and dysentery is an imminent threat. But amid the misery, Foursquare Missionaries Ron and Debra Brown, and Foursquare churches from other parts of New Zealand, are reaching out to hurting residents to offer help and hope.

Foursquare Responds to Colombia Flood Victims

When a major canal in Colombia ruptured in December, following months of heavy rains caused by La Niña, millions of people were suddenly left homeless. Lowlands were flooded with water from the powerful Magdalena River. Countless buildings were submerged, infrastructure destroyed. Nearly 300 people died, and 2.2 million were displaced. At least 40 Foursquare churches were also adversely affected.
