Wooster Foursquare Church is looking to fill a bivocational senior pastor role for its Wooster, Ohio, congregation. The right candidate is a strong leader who is good at building teams, developing leaders and releasing people to their callings. The next leader will need to function out of the overflow of the Holy Spirit and be willing to lead others into Spirit-led ministry. Solid biblical exegesis and good pulpit communication are a must, along with a heart to reach the lost in the community.

Wooster has a small-town feel with big-town amenities, good schools and low crime. New businesses are moving to the area along with new housing developments. It is the home of two colleges with great potential to minister to upcoming generations.

The church is debt-free and in an inviting building. The church grounds include a softball field, which the community currently uses heavily. The congregation would like to grow in the area of worship that would consist of all ages and maximize their strength of being friendly and generous.

Foursquare ministerial credentials are required for all Foursquare pastoral appointments.
