Our Foursquare team is seeking the Lord for the next leader of Real Life Church in Laconia, N.H. The Lead Pastor needs to exemplify authentic self-awareness and maturity through openness and vulnerability.  They will need to function in the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit with confidence and grace. Applicants must possess a heart for community transformation and be sensitive to those around the church who are currently representing underserved and at-risk populations.  We are seeking a leader who is a team player and open to a collaborative approach to life-long learning, effective discipleship and missional efficacy. A strong organizational and administrative understanding will be essential to leading this expression of the church with financial integrity and growth.
