As a youth ministry director at North Church in Spokane, Washington, you’ll become a key part of their team, inspiring people to say yes to God as we join Jesus in His mission to make disciples. As a church of about 500 and growing, we have a long history of raising up and sending out leaders, planting churches and caring holistically for our city. You would join a team of other NextGen pastors/directors and be the senior high champion to support the current and future needs of the church. This will include team building, leader development, program execution and strategic planning.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Developing a vibrant middle and high school ministry
• Leading teams of volunteers and ensuring a healthy and vibrant culture
• Building relationship with students and leaders
• Implementing the church’s core values, especially that of holistic disciple-making, into all of Next Generation ministries

WHO NORTH CHURCH IS LOOKING FOR:

• Relational Leader
• Proven youth and/or children’s ministry leader developer
• Problem-solver who takes initiative
• Servant spirit, willing to serve wherever needed
