Mission Church (Spokane Valley Foursquare Church) is seeking a full-time creative arts pastor for its congregation in Spokane Valley, Wash. The church’s mission is to help people find and follow Jesus.

As the creative arts pastor you would be responsible for:

• Leading the creative conversation as it pertains to the Sunday gatherings.
• Acting as the primary music leader for Sunday gatherings (including overseeing “the sound,” song selection and standards/quality of music).
• Developing new music leaders
• Working alongside the Sunday planning team for teaching schedule, themes, direction and creative elements.
• Developing and overseeing weekly elements for Sunday Gatherings (music, openers, videos, staging, props, lighting, etc.).
• Developing, plan and executing all sound, light, video equipment upgrades (including maintenance and software).

The pay for this position ranges from $40,000-$50,000 with health benefits and a 401(k) match. Interested applicants can email Kyle.
