About the Program: Innovation Church offers a highly creative, out-of-the-box internship experience for students looking to grow in ministry while making a real impact in the community. Interns can gain hands-on experience in worship, children’s and youth ministry, administration, nonprofit work and even radio broadcasting through our locally run station.

What We Offer:

• Customizable internship based on skills and interests.
• Opportunities to serve in multiple ministry areas, including: Worship, Children’s & Youth Ministry, Administration, Nonprofit Management (Foster Closet Ministry), Radio Station Operations.
• Weekly mentorship, including staff meetings and one-on-one coaching with Pastor Billy or Mandy
• Monthly goal-setting to track growth and impact
• Housing assistance through vetted host homes or an RV living option
