Grandview Church in Qunicy, Ill. is looking for a Youth Pastor to lead a dynamic ministry that disciples students through Bible-centered teaching, meaningful worship and relational programs on Sundays and Wednesdays. This person will be responsible for fostering authentic faith, critical thinking and personal encounters with Jesus while also meeting practical needs through mentorship, meals and academic support.

This role requires a compassionate, mission-driven leader who engages both within and beyond the church—building relationships with students facing complex life challenges, equipping them for spiritual growth and mobilizing outreach efforts that embody Christ’s love in the community.

Part time – 20-25 hours: $20.00 an hour

Full time – $45,000
