Location: Kokomo, Indiana

Position: NextGen Leader (Intern or Church Staff)

Compensation: Starting pay of $1,000 per month, plus bonus. Foursquare conferences paid.

About the Program: Grace Community Foursquare in Kokomo, Indiana, is seeking a NextGen Leader to pastor and minister to our kids and teens. This position offers an opportunity to lead the next generation and make a lasting impact on their spiritual growth. The person in this role should be passionate about youth ministry and have a heart for discipling children and teenagers in the church.

Key Responsibilities: As the NextGen Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing our children’s and youth ministries. You will pastor and mentor the younger generation, providing spiritual guidance, teaching and leadership. The church has a strong history of raising up leaders in both children’s and youth ministries, with many former students going into ministry themselves.

Who Should Apply? We are looking for someone who has a heart to minister to children and teens, is passionate about investing in the younger generation and has a strong desire to grow and serve in ministry. You should be willing to be part of a team-focused environment.

What We Offer: This position includes a rent-free house (two-bedroom, could be three-bedroom), with utilities covered, as well as a monthly stipend starting at $1,000, plus potential bonuses. We will also cover costs for Foursquare conferences. A six-month evaluation will be conducted, with the potential for continued support.

Additional Details: Grace Community Foursquare has a rich history in children’s and youth ministry. Many individuals have gone into ministry after being a part of our church. The senior pastor and his wife are both graduates of Foursquare colleges and are eager to invest in someone who loves the younger generation.
