Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the weekend worship for services, including any rehearsal time.
• Recruit and train volunteers for the Worship Team
• Schedule musicians, singers and worship leaders for all services
• Train and disciple musicians and worship leaders
  • Provide resources to develop musically and spiritually
  • Support developing Worship Leaders until they are ready to solo lead
• Plan the music for the weekend worship and special events, working directly with the Lead Pastors and Music Teams

• Develop choirs and ensembles for special services
• Schedule and prepare music and teams for worship nights, concerts, holidays and other special ministry events
