About the Church

Family Worship Center is a growing and vibrant Foursquare church grounded in the Word and open to the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit. The church is committed to making disciples, raising leaders and reaching the surrounding community with both conviction and compassion. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Pastor who carries a clear sense of calling to the local church—someone who leads with vision, walks with humility and brings an apostolic and evangelistic edge to ministry. This leader will help guide the church into its next season of growth, equipping people to live on mission both inside and beyond the walls of the church.

Spiritual Health + Character

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a life anchored in spiritual maturity and integrity, shaped by consistent rhythms of prayer, Scripture and dependence on the Holy Spirit. This leader will carry themselves with humility, authenticity and a servant’s heart, modeling what it means to walk closely with God while leading others to do the same.

Ministry History + Integrity

We are looking for a pastor with a proven history of faithful and fruitful ministry—someone who has navigated both growth and challenge with resilience and wisdom. This individual values accountability, lives with transparency and continues to pursue personal and spiritual growth in every season.

Leadership + Experience

This pastor brings experience leading teams, developing leaders and stewarding the responsibility of a growing church. They are able to hear from God, cast vision clearly, communicate effectively and lead with discernment. They are comfortable guiding a congregation through intentional change while maintaining unity and focus
