About the Church 
This church is a faithful and welcoming community of believers with deep roots in Pahrump and a heart to serve its city. The congregation is relational, committed and eager for renewed vision and leadership. While the church is stable, there is a significant opportunity to strengthen discipleship, expand its missional footprint and reach new people in the surrounding community. This season calls for a shepherd-leader who can bring clarity, encouragement and forward momentum as the church looks to its future.

The church owns a 3-bedroom home that can be used as pastoral housing, as well as a fully paid church building that seats 150 on a few acres of land.

The Opportunity 
We are seeking a pastor—man or woman—who holds a Foursquare license and senses a clear call to shepherd God’s people in Pahrump. The ideal candidate will lead with spiritual maturity, humility and pastoral care, while also carrying a heart for evangelism, community presence and raising up leaders. This pastor will help guide the church toward deeper spiritual health, increased outreach and a renewed focus on seeing lives transformed by the hope of Jesus.

The pastor will also partner with the church council and denominational leaders to steward the church’s facilities and resources with wisdom and care. This includes oversight of the current church property and supporting the ongoing health and sustainability of the campus. A parsonage is available, providing housing as part of the pastoral role and offering a unique opportunity to live within and be rooted in the local community.

This role is well-suited for a pastor who values relational ministry, collaboration and long-term investment in a community, and who desires to see a local church flourish as a place of salvation, discipleship and hope.
