Position Overview:

Crabtree Foursquare is seeking a Spirit-led Senior Pastor who is passionate about discipleship, outreach and fostering a close-knit, family-oriented community. The ideal candidate will be committed to the Word of God, sensitive to the Holy Spirit and able to lead with integrity, love and wisdom.

Competencies:

• Spirit-led leadership: Must be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and open to His guidance in all aspects of ministry.
• Love for God and people: Must have a genuine love for both God and the people of Crabtree Church and its surrounding community.
• Biblical integrity: Able to teach and live the Word of God with integrity and authenticity.
• Cultural sensitivity: Able to understand and embrace the rural, family-oriented culture of Crabtree, Arkansas and relate to the community in an authentic way.
• Worship leadership: Passion for worship, leading the congregation to a deeper experience of God’s presence.
• Joyful and positive attitude: Maintain a positive, encouraging spirit that fosters spiritual growth and excitement for the future of the church.

• Community engagement: A heart for outreach, especially towards youth and families, and a commitment to building a family-oriented church.
• Experience + wisdom: Preferably experienced with pastoral leadership, especially in rural settings, to handle the challenges of both ministry and practical life.
• Cultural sensitivity: Ability to relate to the rural culture of our community while keeping teachings grounded in biblical truth.
