Cornerstone Church, a Foursquare congregation in the heart of historic Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, is seeking a visionary and catalytic Senior Pastor to lead the church into a new season of revitalization and growth. Situated along the Mississippi River, Prairie du Chien is the oldest European settlement on the Upper Mississippi and serves as a vibrant hub for tourism, outdoor recreation and small-town commerce. This dynamic environment presents a remarkable opportunity for a leader called to reimagine and rebuild a church community that is rooted in the gospel and actively engaged with its surrounding culture.

We are praying for a spiritually mature, mission-driven leader—someone with the passion, grit and grace to shepherd a church through transformation. The ideal candidate will bring strong preaching and teaching skills, a heart for discipleship and a bold vision to renew the church’s mission, culture and connection to the community.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Cornerstone Church through a strategic revitalization, aligning its mission, vision and values with the needs of a changing community.
– Shepherd and disciple the congregation with biblical teaching, pastoral care and Spirit-led leadership.
– Create and implement outreach initiatives that connect with both new residents and long-standing community members.
– Build a culture of service and hospitality, meeting the spiritual and tangible needs of Prairie du Chien and the surrounding area.
– Cultivate meaningful relationships with local organizations, schools and businesses to serve and partner within the community.
– Provide consistent pastoral care through counseling, visitation and prayer.
