The Foursquare Church is actively seeking a bi-vocational church planter to launch a new work in Belvidere, Illinois—an exciting opportunity for a pioneering leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for building a Christ-centered community in a growing and diverse Midwestern city.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensing with The Foursquare Church
• Proven leadership and ministry experience (church planting experience is a plus)
• Commitment to Foursquare doctrine, mission and values
• Ability to work bi-vocationally in the early stages of church development
• Excellent communication and relational skills
• A heart for the Great Commission and Great Commandment
• Gifted in building authentic relationships, cultivating discipleship pathways and raising up local leaders
• Culturally aware and community-focused, with a heart for ministry in a diverse and evolving city
