  • Cultural Relevance + Vision: Lead the church to be culturally relevant while staying true to biblical teaching. Engage with the city’s multiculturalism, arts scene and active lifestyle, integrating these elements into the church’s outreach and ministry.
  • Administrative Leadership: Oversee the operational aspects of the church, including budget management, staffing, event planning and day-to-day operations. Build a sustainable, thriving ministry that can grow and flourish long-term.

Qualifications:

  • Spiritual Maturity + Vision: A committed follower of Jesus Christ, with a passion for church planting, making disciples and building a healthy, thriving community of believers.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial skills with a pioneering spirit. Ability to build and establish a new church from the ground up, with a creative and flexible approach.
  • Experience in Church Planting or Leadership: Experience in church planting, ministry leadership or starting new initiatives is preferred. A background in establishing new ministries, especially in a growing or developing community, will be an asset.
