Job Responsibilities:

• In partnership with the Adult Discipleship Team (ADT) Director, support disciple-making pathways including large-scale events, meetups, courses, groups and baptisms.
• Help to oversee and lead the Men’s Ministry in partnership with the current men’s leadership team.
• Partner with the Generations team and ADT Director to support collaborative disciple-making pathways for children, youth, young adults and families.
• Incorporate outreach and service opportunities as a crucial element of adult disciple-making.
• Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance as needed, including prayer, mentoring and one-on-one discipleship for individuals seeking to grow in their faith.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the senior pastor, executive pastor, or associate pastor.

Experience needed:

• Bachelor’s degree with college-level applicable training or equivalent personal study and 3 years of effective, job-relevant, progressive, and supervisory experience.
• At the church’s discretion, alternative educational degrees or professional certifications may be substituted.
• Requires a Ministerial License or actively pursuing one within 24 months of appointment to the position.
