Barron Foursquare Church is a 95-year-old legacy church in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin. We are prayerfully seeking a full-time Assistant Pastor to join our team in serving our church and community and advancing the kingdom of God.

Position Overview

This is a full-time pastoral role supporting the overall ministry of the church. The ideal candidate is a team player with a heart for the local church, a passion for people, and a desire to help build a healthy, growing ministry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall ministry and vision of the church
• Assist in pastoral care, discipleship, and church life
• Help create a welcoming, connected church environment
• Serve alongside the senior pastors in various ministry needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ministry or relevant ministry experience preferred
• Agreement with Foursquare faith and practice required
• Strong relational and communication skills
• A heart for discipleship, teamwork, and serving the local church

Compensation + Housing

• Full-time compensation (based on experience)
• A 3-bedroom, 2-bath parsonage provided as part of compensation
