WIML 2025/26 Cohort

Application for the 2025/26 cohort is open. The cohort runs August – March with monthly zoom calls, monthly coaching sessions, and an in-person summit Feb. 23-25th in Kaneohe, HI (Oahu). WIML Cohort with Dr. Marion Ingegneri is an eight-month ministry leadership intensive. The cohort experience includes coaching, counseling, and mentoring. A primary focus of the cohort is identifying values, resulting in a ministry calling statement. The cohort culminates with an in-person Summit.
