The Mission Always Wins – Leadership Call

FOUR SKILLS FOR TRANSFORMATIVE MISSIONAL LEADERS

September 9 @ 6:00 pm 7:30 pm

Because the mission always wins…

“Until the future of the world means more than the future of the Church, the Church has no future no future.” (Ralph Winter)

“The default behavior of most pastoral leaders is to solve problems for our churches, rather than change our churches for engaging the needs of the world.” (Tod Bolsinger)

Leading change is one of the most challenging responsibilities that pastors face today. We were trained for many things — but leading change and addressing the resistance it creates is rarely one of them. In our District Regional Connects, we introduced our pastors and leaders to the concept, framework, and practice of adaptive change.

As an intentional follow-up to these regional gatherings, we invite you to join pastor, author, and leadership consultant Tod Bolsinger for four online sessions to learn an essential cluster of skills for leading adaptive change in your community. We hope these four sessions will resource your leadership and position your community to live focused on the mission God has called you to.
The four sessions will be May 13, June 12, August 19, September 9
6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (PDT)

NOTE: Prior attendance is not a prerequisite. Each session is $15, or $45 if you sign up for all four sessions.
100% of the registration fees will support our District FMI partnership in Tunisia.
