Gatherings designed to strengthen every pastor and leader through worship, connection, and practical discussions. This year, we’ll grow in healthy rhythms and shared mission discussing Foursquare’s 4-Stage Model.

Join the Foursquare Northwest team for a time of worship, connection, and discussion about significant topics about training, sending & developing leaders. Plan to bring your whole team! These gatherings are for ALL our pastors and leaders.
This year our focus is connection with one another and growing our Foursquare understanding, healthy church rythyms + distinctives.
We’ll focus on the 4-Stage Model, as used around the globe in Foursquare to spur evangelism, discipleship, church planting, sending missionaries and mobilizing movements. We’ll dive into discussions in church teams, and have an opportunity to engage with leaders in other churches serving in similar roles.
Part of our time will include two breakouts:
Breakout for Lead & Executive Pastors – 4-Stage Model Assessment
Lead and Executive Pastors will review the 4-Stage Assessment, analyzing where they find their church. We’ll process together practical tools for turning the wheel forward, wherever your church is at.
Breakout for all Pastors & Leaders – Foursquare Global Distinctives
This breakout will dive into our Global Distinctives: Kingdom Partnerships, Sound Doctrine, Empowering Leadership, Family Relationships, Spirit Empowerment and Shared Mission. These values tie us together as Foursquare people and inform and define our ethos. This is a great opportunity for anyone on your team to learn more about what it means to be Foursquare.
Lunch Gathering for Third Third:
If you are a minister 55 years or older, join the “Third Third” tables at lunch. This is a time of connection with others and representatives from our Third Third Team.

$35 Regular Registration (includes lunch)
$45 Late/Onsite Registration (includes lunch) begins 2 weeks prior to each event

8:30am-9:00am – coffee, pastries, and connection + check in
9:00am – Welcome & Worship
9:30am – Opening Session with District Supervisor
10:00am-11:15am – 4-Stage Model + Church Team Discussions
11:15am-12:30pm – Breakouts
12:30pm-1:30pm – Lunch
1:30pm-2:30pm – Regional Conversations
2:30pm – Closing Session + Worship
3:00pm – Dismiss
