• At the top of the Attendee Information Section, select ‘Send as Gift’.

• Continue to checkout to enter payment information and an email will be sent to your recipient to fill out the attendee information.

By registering for Foursquare Leader Conference, I agree to receive periodic emails from The Foursquare Church & the Northwest District. I will have the option to opt-out at any time; my information will not be shared with a third party.

Requests for registration refunds or cancellations must be received in writing via email to April Nault @  anault@foursquare.org 

• Each registration includes a $25 non-refundable fee
• No refunds after September 23, 2024
• Phone/Voicemail cancellations will not be accepted
• Registrations can be transferred to qualified individuals of that registration type prior to October  4, 2024.

If the event is canceled, registration expenses will be refunded.
Travel expenses are the attendee’s responsibility and will not be compensated by The Foursquare Church.
