Female Senior Leader Forum
Each month, female Senior Pastors, Co-Pastors, and Campus Lead Pastors are invited to a national call designed to equip and resource them with practical ministry tools, leadership development, and theological insights—featuring expert voices from Foursquare leaders, authors, and ministry professionals.

The Female Senior Leader Forum is a monthly national gathering created to equip and resource female Senior Pastors, Co-Pastors, and Campus Lead Pastors. Each forum offers a space to connect with other female senior leaders and grow in a Spirit-empowered community beyond the local church context.
You’ll hear from Foursquare leaders, ministry experts, authors, and speakers as they share practical tools for ministry, leadership development, personal and pastoral health, education, and theology. These forums are designed to encourage, strengthen, and support you in your unique role as a senior leader.
