By default, this panel is concealed and appears when the user clicks on the section title. Input relevant information about its title using paragraphs or bullet points. Accordions can enhance the user experience when utilized effectively. They allow users to choose what they want to read and disregard the rest. Accordions are often utilized for frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Raising up and empowering communicators within your church is both practical and deeply biblical. In this workshop, we’ll explore why building a speaking team matters—not just for Sunday mornings, but for long-term leadership development and sustainability. You’ll walk away with practical tools to identify, equip, and empower new voices in your church, along with strategies for creating a culture of collaboration, feedback, and growth. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to strengthen your current approach, this session will offer insight and encouragement to help you multiply your message through others.

Speaker: Dave Edler

In today’s ministry landscape, digital tools aren’t just add-ons—they’re essential to making disciples in a hybrid world. This workshop will explore how to effectively leverage technology to connect, disciple, and engage people both online and in person. We’ll look at practical strategies to create meaningful hybrid experiences, foster real community, and ensure your digital efforts are integrated with your in-person rhythms. Whether you’re navigating livestreams, social media, or online small groups, you’ll leave with fresh ideas and tools to strengthen your ministry’s reach and impact.

Speaker: Jordan Steingraber

The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is alive in us—and it’s what helps us rise again, even in our lowest moments. Whether you’re dealing with exhaustion, anxiety, burnout, or trauma, this session is about discovering how God’s resurrection power can bring healing, wholeness, and hope. Rooted in 1 Corinthians 4:2, we’ll explore how to live faithfully and rise daily—stronger, wiser, and more joy-filled. Come ready to be refreshed and equipped to move from brokenness to breakthrough, with practical tools for emotional, mental, physical and spiritual renewal.

Speaker: Fran Graham

This workshop can be a stand alone or coupled with the other two workshops she will do during FLC

Talking about abortion and the sanctity of life can feel overwhelming for many pastors and leaders—so we often avoid it or unintentionally cause harm with our approach. In this workshop, Glendie Loranger, Executive Director of Life Services in Spokane and an ordained Foursquare minister, will guide us in discovering how to engage these topics with both biblical conviction and compassionate grace. Drawing from her experience walking alongside men and women facing unplanned pregnancies, Glendie offers a warm, disarming, and deeply informed perspective. You’ll gain tools to speak to your church with truth, empathy, and hope—recognizing that nearly 40% of your congregation may have personal experience with abortion. This is a conversation your church needs—and it can be done well.

Speaker: Glendie Loranger

Join leadership expert and author Tod Bolsinger  for a powerful workshop on Adaptive Leadership, drawn from his influential books Canoeing the Mountains and Tempered Resilience. In today’s rapidly changing world, leaders need more than just technical solutions—they need the courage and wisdom to lead through uncharted territory. In this session, Tod will help you discover how to lead with resilience and respond to change with faith and clarity. Whether you’re leading a church, ministry, or organization, you’ll walk away with practical tools to navigate change and inspire transformation.

Speaker: Tod Bolsinger

Healthy volunteer culture doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built with intentionality, clarity, and care. In this workshop, we’ll walk through how to assess your ministry context, clarify what you’re inviting people into, and develop a strategy to recruit, inspire, and retain volunteers who are energized for the long haul. You’ll gain tools to better understand the needs of your ministry, communicate vision effectively, and care well for the people serving alongside you. Whether you’re leading a small team or a large crew, this session will help you strengthen the heart and structure of your volunteer base.

Speaker: Brooks Rice

Whether you’re new to the Foursquare family or just looking for a refresher, this workshop will provide an overview of the core values, theological foundation, and the vision that drives our movement. We’ll dive into the history and the distinctive beliefs of Foursquare, exploring the significance of the 4 Squares that form the heart of our identity: Jesus Christ as Savior, Healer, Baptizer with the Holy Spirit, and Coming King. This session is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of who we are as a denomination and how our mission continues to impact the world today.

Speaker Tim Lee | Chair of Theology and Ministry Department, Life Pacific University

According to Psalm 139: 13-15, you’re not broken—you’re beautifully designed. Let’s explore how to partner with that design and walk in wholeness.

Speaker: Fran Graham

When life falls apart, many people turn to the church for hope—but are we ready to care for them well? Trauma is more common than we think, and most pastors and leaders haven’t been trained to recognize or respond to it. In this workshop, we’ll explore what it means to be a trauma-informed care church—one that reflects the compassionate, healing ministry of Jesus. Using real-life examples from Scripture and practical tools, we’ll learn how to better support hurting people in our congregations and communities. This Q&A-style workshop is an opportunity to ask questions, clarify the transition process, and gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a covenant church in the Foursquare family.
