We are so excited to announce REACH 2026! For the last two years, REACH has been a place for Nextgen pastors and directors to find community and refreshment. Faith Chapel sponsors this event and is open to all Foursquare Districts. They are passionate about equipping the next generation of world changers and wants to have conversations with other churches that are as well! You are invited to spend a few days connecting with other kids, youth, and young adult pastors, learning new ministry strategies, and leaving rested and refreshed.

LEADER LABS


NWD NextGen Leader Labs blend content, theory, and practice together to create hands-on, practical leadership development and ministry application for NextGen pastors and leaders in children, youth, and young adult ministries.  These sessions will be interactive, dialogical workshops that incorporate peer learning, skill-building, scenario exploration, and strategizing to address specific ministry challenges in a supportive environment.

In 2025, The Foursquare Church released a total overhaul of the Child + Youth Protection Manual. To accompany this roll out, the Foursquare will be offering informational trainings throughout the next year and at our Northwest District Foursquare Leader Conference.
