GET READY FOR FOURSQUARE LEADER CONFERENCE

SEPTEMBER 4 – 6
We’re gathering as a district this fall to learn, grow, connect & pursue the presence of God. Find everything you need to know about the schedule, workshops, lodging + more below.
NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK
TOGETHER ON MISSION
This year’s Foursquare Leader Conference theme, Overflow, combines the awe-inspiring beauty of Niagara Falls and the spiritual work we believe God is doing in the Atlantic District. We believe healthy leaders minister from the overflow of their inner life with the Lord. When we’re rooted in God’s presence, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and aligned with His purpose, we naturally pour out life, hope, and vision to others. Come be refreshed, equipped, and released. Together, we can live and lead from Overflow.
WHO IS INVITED?
Foursquare Leader Conference is for anyone wanting to grow in ministry – pastors, leaders, college students, missionary workers, chaplains, future planters, and those still discovering their calling. This is a “full court press moment”, so bring the whole team. When you register five or more people at once, you’ll get $20 off each registration*. So don’t come alone. Bring the people you serve and lead with, and be equipped together.
*NextGen not included in group rate.

In addition to his pastoral ministry, Andrew has taught theology and biblical studies at universities and seminaries. He is also the author of six books, including Reconstructing Prayer: Beyond Deconstructing Your Faith with Cascade Books. More than anything, Andrew treasures his role as a husband and dad. He married his high school sweetheart, Anna, and together they’re raising three amazing kids—Adelaide, Audrey, and Anderson.
Pastor Dorian Harris is a worship leader, licensed minister, and community builder from Huntsville, Alabama. Since 2015, he has served as the Praise and Worship Leader at Restoration Foursquare Church, where his passion for God and music creates powerful worship experiences. In 2023, he became a licensed minister and now preaches with humility and transparency, stepping out from behind the piano to share God’s word. He also founded the Storehouse Collective, a city-wide charity uniting churches across Huntsville to strengthen community bonds. Dorian is a devoted husband to his wife Keyera and father to their two children, Ember and Shiloh.

Pastors Carson and Marianna Hawkins are passionate about seeing the Kingdom of Heaven manifest on Earth through intimacy with God and a life surrendered to Jesus. They recently transitioned out of their roles as Executive Pastor and Youth Pastor at Dracut Portuguese Foursquare Church, a Brazilian congregation in the Boston area and are relocating to the west coast. Carson is an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and previously served as Senior Intelligence Officer at Hanscom Air Force Base. He holds an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy. Marianna is a corporate attorney at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Tufts University, and was a Fulbright fellow in Spain. While in college, she founded a tuition-free auxiliary nursing school in Honduras. Carson and Marianna are the proud parents of their one year old daughter, Isabella.
Pastor Mark Slomka serves as the Western District Supervisor, championing the recruitment, development, and sending of leaders through Foursquare’s mission and identity, with a focus on more and growing leaders together on mission. With over 35 years of pastoral experience, he and his wife (of 47 years) Carol spent time in England engaged in charismatic renewal and evangelism while living in intentional community. Mark’s ministry priorities include Kingdom saturation, pastoral influence, and multiplication. A former Mickey Mouse Club performer who learned guitar from legends like Stephen Stills and James Taylor, Mark now enjoys music, sports, reading, photography, movies, and travel, and finds joy in his family of four daughters, three grandchildren, and his dog Murphy.

Pastors Larry and Susan (Sue) Spousta, graduates of Life Bible College (now Life Pacific University), have served the Foursquare Church for over 50 years. Larry’s leadership spans youth and pastoral ministry, church planting, district supervision, and national roles. He now serves as a spiritual director for leaders across the nation and as a pastoral staff member at New Life Church in Frederick, MD. Recently retired, Sue is the facilitator for Foursquare’s Refugee and Immigrant Care Network and a representative for the Atlantic District’s Multiethnic Team. Sue also serves on the Board of Regents for Bakke Graduate University and coordinates a Writers’ Community for graduate students and faculty. She is the author of CITY. STORY. She is the founder of American Senior Assistance Programs and the Legacy Center, as well as the former missional pastor at Restoration Foursquare Church in Huntsville, Alabama. Her decades of experience in the marketplace and 11 years in ministry forge a compelling perspective for ways to encourage, equip, mobilize and join with others to follow Jesus and His mission. Chanda and Darrell, her husband of over 20 years, love doing ministry together with their five children.

Pastor Huey Hudson is the Senior Pastor of Restoration Foursquare Church in Madison, Alabama, where he has served since 2005 after a decade as Associate Pastor. He and his wife Ruth, married nearly 40 years, have seven children, fifteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, and are known for cultivating a church environment marked by love, unity, and God’s presence.
Pastor Lindsey Arcaro is the Worship Pastor at The Square Church in Atlanta, Georgia, and a worship leader and songwriter with Jesus Culture Music.
