No One Harmed in Fire at The Church On The Way Prayer Chapel

Monday evening’s blaze at the Prayer Chapel of The Church On The Way in Van Nuys, Calif., caused significant damage to the roof, the interior of the main floor and the attic. No one was in the building at the time, nor were there any injuries, and Pastor Jack Hayford’s basement office escaped damage.

Amid the worst firestorms in California history, Foursquare pastors and members are opening their homes to evacuees, providing supplies to those forced to flee for their lives, and offering comfort to others who have lost everything. At least a dozen Foursquare families have lost their homes—but that isn’t stopping them from ministering to and helping the people around them.
