Regional offices known as Administrative Resource Centers (ARCs) oversee local church districts. The sole function of the resource centers and administrators is to handle the reports, accounting, loan requests, insurance and other business items for our churches, yet leaving the final decision-making with the respective district supervisor and the Foursquare Board of Directors.
