Emerging Leader Network
Full Time Immersion Discipleship for Students
Since 2006, the Foursquare Emerging Leader Network (ELN) has provided a model for local churches to develop a new generation of young leaders. Today, in the more than 30 ELN programs around the U.S., hundreds of college-age students lead in ministry while participating in life-shaping classes. Students are mentored by proven leaders throughout the program.
This model of full-time "immersion discipleship" has proven to be transformational and an effective means of preparing students for life-long ministry, whether they go on to serve in the church or in the marketplace. Generous scholarships are offered to ELN students and graduates by Life Pacific College and New Hope Christian College, providing students with strong educational opportunities after their ELN experience.
