A key component to the strength of any church or denomination is the quality of its "next generation" leaders—those who are being developed, trained and released in ministry. Throughout our movement’s history we have been blessed by a steady stream of quality leaders who have provided direction for our local churches and our church family worldwide. Foursquare Bible institutes and colleges have had a tremendous impact on many of the leaders who have risen up in our movement—and the Emerging Leader Network is building on this legacy.
Part of the Foursquare NextGen ministry team, the ELN is an alliance of Foursquare churches who operate unique schools of ministry for young adults. Each ELN affiliate program utilizes an "immersion discipleship" model that incorporates three vital elements: hands-on ministry training, focused academics and mentoring relationships. This local church, immersive model of training has been shown to bring about powerful life-change and is highly effective in preparing students for life-long ministry.
