Introducing Our Mission, Motive and Vision

Fresh... focused... distinctly Foursquare
Foursquare Media seeks to build Spirit-formed disciples of Jesus Christ in our movement and beyond, strengthening both individuals and churches through the medium of biblically-sound, Christ-centered, Holy Spirit-empowered books and accompanying media via leader's guides, CDs and workbooks.

Working primarily with Foursquare pastors, teachers and gifted writers, we will capture messages addressing practical issues of Holy Spirit-filled, Christ-honoring living. We seek to publish well-designed, carefully-edited books that are crafted to be attractive, engaging and reader-friendly. Our goal is to inspire a renewed, movement-wide emphasis on the priority of discipling believers.

For such a time as this...
At this critical juncture in the life of our movement, we want to publish themes that will unite our church families in ministry goals and values, however varied the individual or church group in style, culture or local environment.

Operating under the office of the president, Foursquare Media will move forward in cooperation with the national and global ministries offices and the central communications department. Strategic development of resources will be stimulated and shaped by priorities, policies and planning assistance involving the National Church Council, the International Board and the welcome input of Foursquare pastors everywhere.

A two-pronged distribution strategy
Foursquare Media will function as a fully-independent publisher under the auspices of The Foursquare Church. Our primary means of distribution will be through individual Foursquare churches throughout the world. In order to extend the reach of our ministry both within our churches and beyond, this new publishing venture will be strengthened by a relationship with Creation House Books, a subsidiary of Strang Communications. Through this cooperative effort, Foursquare Media books will be available at Christian bookstores, brick and mortar retailers, and Internet-based booksellers worldwide.

Seizing the opportunity...
It will be our ongoing goal to place reliable, quality resources in the hands of leaders, individuals and congregations. Our foundational themes will be highlighted: Jesus Christ as Savior, Healer, Baptizer with the Holy Spirit and Soon-Coming King.

One of our greatest priorities and privileges will be to discover and develop unique, anointed messages within the greater Foursquare family. We will accomplish this by identifying and seeking out pastors, teachers and writers who have had a unusual ministry impact on their communities.

Every Foursquare church in the United States is being asked to consider using at least one of the Priority-Focus themes the year.
