The Goal of Foursquare Human Resources
Human Resources exist to direct and oversee our church's valued employees. Among other things, this includes recruiting and hiring, training and evaluating, supporting and encouraging, and fairly compensating all staff members. In addition, we are committed to promoting a workplace that exhibits Christ-likeness in our dealings with one another and with the outside world. Our goal is to serve every current and prospective staff member in an equitable and professional way—employing Christian values and HR best practices at each step along the way.
