1. Exhibit Design & Inclusions: Included with each 8' x 10' exhibit space are one (1) 8' high back drape, one (1) 3' high draped side rails, one (1) 6' skirted table, two (2) plastic side chairs, one (1) wastebasket, and one (1) booth identification sign. All exhibitors must remain in the confines of their own space, and no exhibitor will be permitted to erect signs or display products in such a manner as to obstruct the view, or disadvantageously affect the display of other exhibitors.
2. Safety, Fire & Health: All decorative materials displayed or installed in the exhibit hall must be flameproof in accordance with the Public Safety and Fire Regulations. The exhibit hall does not allow anything to be taped, nailed, tacked or otherwise affixed to ceilings, painted surfaces, doors, glass, fire sprinklers, columns, fabric or decorative walls. No helium balloons may be distributed or sold, or used as decorations.
3. Dismantle and Set-up: Exhibitors are not permitted to dismantle their exhibits until the close of the show. Any exhibitor who begins to dismantle or pack part of his or her exhibit before the close of the show may be denied participation in future shows.
4. Moving & Storage: Exhibitors needing the services of a moving and storage company should make arrangements with Freeman. Please refer to the Freeman service kit and carefully read all shipment due dates.
5. Solicitations: Exhibitors are not permitted to sell tickets, solicit donations or solicit signatures on petitions.
6. Character of Displays, use of aisles and common areas: Distribution of samples and printed matter of any kind, and any promotional material, is restricted to the exhibit booth. Each exhibiting company agrees to exhibit only products, which it represents. Exhibitors may not display any materials that are contrary to the beliefs or standards of The Foursquare Church. Foursquare personnel will request removal of unacceptable material. The aisles, passageways, and overhead space remain strictly under the control of the organizer and no signs, decorations, banners, advertising material or special exhibit will be permitted in the aisles. Employees must remain within the booth occupied by their staff. Exhibitors are responsible for the cleanliness and attractiveness of their booths.
7. Use of Space: Exhibitors may not sublet their space, nor any part thereof, not exhibit, offer for sale, or advertise articles not manufactured or sold in their name, except where such articles are required for the proper demonstration or operation of exhibitor's display, in which case identification of such articles shall be limited to the regulate nameplate, imprint, or other identification which in standard practice appears normally on them. Exhibitor may not permit these non-exhibiting companies as representatives in their booth. The contracted exhibitor must occupy the exhibiting space only and needs to have a representative present during all exhibit hours. A breach in regulations may result in the cancellation of future exhibiting opportunities.
8. Permits & Licenses: Exhibitors who sell merchandise from the show floor must have the appropriate seller's permit and licenses. It is the individual exhibitor's responsibility to obtain the permit. Some merchandise offered for sale by exhibitors may be subject to Atlanta, GA sales and general excise tax. Exhibitors may apply for a General Excise Tax License at Department of Taxation.
9. Security: The Foursquare Church will provide security service in the exhibit area during specified hours to help avoid damage or loss by fire, theft or other means. The Foursquare Church does not guarantee, insure or indemnify exhibitors, their agents, employees, officers, guests or invitees against any loss to person or property by the acts, conduct or negligence of this security service or for any other reason whatsoever. The exhibitors are expected to insure their equipment and other materials used in the exhibit.
10. Assignment of Space: Assignment of space is determined by a first-come, first served basis. Prime space locations are available on a limited basis and subject to availability. Due to the number of companies exhibiting similar or related product lines or services, the Foursquare Church cannot guarantee that a company exhibiting similar products or a company's competitors will not be located in a nearby or adjoining booth space. However, every effort will be made to give all exhibitors satisfactory assignment. Assignment of booth space/location is subject to change without notice.
11. Cancellation of the Event: If organizers cancel the event due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers (such an "acts of God," act of war, governmental emergency, labor strike or unavailability of exhibit facility), the organizers shall refund to each exhibiting company its exhibit space rental payment previously paid, minus a share of costs and expenses incurred in full satisfaction of all liabilities.
12. ADA Compliance (American with Disabilities Act): All exhibiting companies are required to be in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and are encouraged to be sensitive, and as reasonably accommodating as possible to attendees with disabilities.
13. Exhibit Space Rental Agreement: The exhibit space rental agreement becomes effective upon mailing of a formal notice of assignment of space to exhibitor. The exhibitor application and contract, and the formal notice of assignment of space shall all be taken together to form the entire agreement between the parties and constitutes a contract for the right to use the space allotted, according to Foursquare Connection 2009 rules and regulations.
14. Attendance: The Foursquare Church will make every reasonable attempt, through advertising and promotion, to attract qualified attendees but does not guarantee any certain level of attendance. The Foursquare Church shall have sole control over admission policies at all times.
15. The Foursquare Church reserves the right to change the floor plan and move booth locations without notice, if in its absolute discretion it deems it necessary to do so.
16. Exhibitor Responsibility: Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own individual booth materials and displays.
17. Restrictions: There will be no more than five exhibitor personnel in any one booth at any time in the exhibit hall. All personnel must display the required badges.
18. Badges: Official badges for Foursquare Connection 2010 must be worn at all times on premises. Admittance to the exhibit area will require a badge at all times.
19. Installation and Set-up: The official service contractor will control all in-bound and out-bound traffic in the loading and unloading areas, in the aisles, or in any of the freight patterns. The loading and unloading of all trucks or trailers of common carriers, including van lines and individual company vehicles, as well as the handling of empty crates and the operation of forklift trucks, will be performed by members of the Teamsters Union.
20. The Foursquare Church reserves the right to accept or reject any contracts.
