* Spouse rate applies to General Attendee, International Attendee, Foursquare Credentialed Minister, Foursquare Association Member, and Young Adult Attendee.

** Group rate applies to registrants of 5+ from the same church. All registrations must be received at the same time with full payment to qualify for a group rate. Group discounts are not applicable to registrations made by phone.

Cancellations

A refund will be given to all written requests that are made on or before May 6, 2010. After May 6, 2010, refunds will not be processed. Such requests must be made in writing and sent to Foursquare Connection 2010 via mail, e-mail or fax. No phone cancellations will be accepted.

Non-Credentialed Voting Delegate Letter of Consent

A non-credentialed voting delegate must provide a letter of consent from their pastor. Please provide a letter of consent to complete your registration. Each chartered church may have one voting delegate for each 50 members or fraction thereof.

On-Site Registration and Check-In

If you are in Atlanta on Sunday, May 30, early check-in is available for a limited time between noon and 4 p.m. In addition, registration and check-in throughout the week are available during the following times:
                           

 Sunday Noon–4 p.m.; 4–9 p.m.  Early check-in and registration
 Monday 8 a.m.–Noon; 5–8 p.m.  On-site check-in and registration
 Tuesday and Wednesday 7–11 a.m.  On-site check-in and registration
 Thursday 8–11 a.m.  On-site check-in and registration
