**Group rate applies to registrants of 10+ from the same church. All registrations must be received at the same time with full payment to qualify for a group rate. Group discounts are not applicable to registrations made by phone.
***All evening sessions are open to the general public. Daily rate applies to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only.
A refund will be given to all written requests that are made on or before May 7, 2009. After May 7, 2009, refunds will not be processed. Such requests must be made in writing and sent to Foursquare Convention 2009 via mail, e-mail or fax. No phone cancellations will be accepted.

If you are in Anaheim on Sunday, May 24, early check-in is available for a limited time between 7 and 9 p.m. In addition, registration and check-in throughout the week are available during the following times:
Sunday 7 - 9 p.m. Early check-in and registration
Monday 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Onsite check-in and registration
Tuesday 8 a.m. - noon; 5 - 7 p.m. Onsite check-in and registration
Wednesday 8 a.m. - noon; 5 - 7 p.m. Onsite check-in and registration
Thursday 8 a.m. - noon Onsite check-in and registration
