Francis Chan

Francis Chan

A pastor, author and speaker, Francis Chan is often described as crazy. He advocates living in a way that's inexplicable apart from God. That urgency comes from life experience and the tremendous loss he's faced: His mother died while giving birth to him, his stepmother died when he was nine and his father died when he was 12. Life is fragile, and rather than controlling and protecting it, Chan argues that Christ calls us to give it away.
