Registration Cancellations/Transfer Policy
Requests for registration refund/cancellation must be submitted in writing via regular mail, email, or fax. Refund requests sent by regular mail must be postmarked no later than May 10, 2013, the date by which emailed and faxed requests must be received. All refunds are subject to a $35 processing fee. Refund requests must be sent to Foursquare Connection 2013; phone requests will not be accepted.
Registrations are non-transferrable.
Kids + Youth Registrations
Minors may not register independently but should be included with their guardians’ registrations. All minors must present a signed release form prior to checking in on-site. High school students who wish to attend adult sessions may do so if they are registered at the “young leader” rate; they must wear their convention badges in order to be admitted.

Group Rate Terms and Conditions
In order to qualify for a group rate, you must do the following:
- Register seven or more adult attendees at the same time.
- Register only members from the same home church.
- Remit registration fees for the entire group in the form of a single payment.
Processing Group Changes
- Name-change requests are available online or by phone without penalty.
- With regard to cancellations, each member is subject to the $35 processing fee; however, if the number of attendees drops below seven, the remaining group members may adjust to current price of registration without penalty. Group rates are not available on-site.
- Members of groups may cancel by phone; entire groups may cancel only in writing via email, fax or regular mail.
Other Discount Rates
Complimentary registration prizes from Connection 2012 or district conferences are non-transferable.
